You have a very well laid out presentation regarding O as an equity and your position in it. I was impressed.
I hold O and recently added 25% to the holding thinking $57 and $54 were good buy in positions. Obviously, waiting to $52 might have had an advantage, but I didn't think the share price would go to that level. I started buying in 2021 when the share price was much higher, so my basis is way higher than yours. However, the monthly dividend is good ($98.44) and I expect the share price to go back up when/if interest rates moderate. Planning to hold.

I got about 7k in both O and MAIN, they both pay 35 bucks each per month, which is just enough to add 1 share of FEPI and 1 share of SVOL at the end of each month. And those pay enough to add 1 share of JEPQ or O at the first of the month and so on...I'm still trying to fine tune the dividend wheel, It drives me crazy in a good way. I got some YMAX's and one called GUT I use as well.

I hope they have consistent dividends. With inflation growing so much I would rather it keeps the same but doesn't go down.

I just reach 100 shares of O now I'm turning the drip on and leaving it alone unless the stock price drops below $50 then I might add more to lower my overall average price.

Curious if you’ve used M1 finance.?

They give a few options for dividend reinvesting (into the security that gave the dividend, into a different security or customize per security) so you could have O pay dividend and reinvest into something like VOO or a higher returner. Hold and gain the benefit of O and shares like it and send it to places to reinvest where it will grow faster. What do you think?
