How do I sell my house to a family member?

This is actually more common than you might expect! 👍 The easiest thing to do is to start by going to a title company. The title company will be able to give you the documents you need to transfer the property from one family member to the other. In Colorado, it is a pretty easy process! 🙌

Thank you for easing my mind. Other agents make it seem so complicated because they obviously want the viewers business.
