Nice video, suggestions keep property papers in south west, clutter in house should me avoided

Sometimes all this is crap. Real estate has ebbs and flow, so there are good times to sell and not so good. A beautiful house can be on the market for a year and not be about price but about the economy. If your State/province or country has faced a recession and employment conditions are stagnated, this will greatly affect the selling. It could be curb appeal, clutter, current trends, layout or old dated cabinets. It could be the neighbourhood but the bottom line is if someone likes your home they will make an offer. No offer means no like....if you like a particular home and it is overpriced you will come in with a low offer. People like what they mans outdated home is another's character home. One guy like brown cabinets another likes person likes modern another likes conservative. As buyers we like what we like...
