what if your a adult and have on going sinus probleoms and have been almost sick for six weeks with stuffy nose, sinus pressure migrines fluid now in ears plus my face swells up from time to time in my check bones sense i had my ear drums burst i have always had ear problems as well with ringing fluid and infections?

Thank you for your presentation on adenoids operation.
I am from Bangladesh. I have a daughter of 5 years 7 month old. She has enlarge adenoids. The doctors said to operate the adenoids. I am afraid of operation. Here is the X-ray report.
1. Nasopharyngeal air column is intended by grossly enlarged mass at Nasopharyngeal roof with defined convex compression of anterior air column.
2. Gross adenoids
The immune system of my baby is not strong enough to protect herself.
Please advise me. I don't want to remove the adenoids but medicine.
