Dude. I was literally doing very similar workouts to you and probably plateaued for like 3 months. Ever since I started to watch your videos a couple months ago you always emphasized stretching the muscles, resisting, and keeping good form. Since then I've applied those three things and have made major gains. I can't believe how much of a difference resistance and control makes. Using lighter weight and still more sore than I have been in over a year, can't believe I didn't take this seriously sooner lol
