I saw her busking in London the other day, and I've never seen so many Londoners stop and listen for so long. I stayed for half an hour until my feet were freezing and I needed a wee but I couldn't tear myself away!! People smiling at each other and swaying and her giving everyone goosebumps.

she doesn't try too hard with crazy vocal acrobatics, she does just enough.
she has a booming voice.
she has a good level of confidence, not too much and not too shy.
everybody loves her.
that is all.

I rarely get emotional from hearing people sing, but there's something about her...this was so powerful.

I feel honored to have heard RUTH BROWN live, she performed in London a few months after The Voice Season 1. A great talent. Till this day I think she was robbed - by far the best voice in my opinion.

Its so amazing when you recognize someone who is "embodying" his/her Higher Self when doing something with full passion...its clear that she becomes something brighter when she sings! Amazing to be able to see that! :D
