Been subscribed for about a year when I hit a weight loss plateau and your videos have helped me lose the next 20 lbs. This is my first comment (I never usually), but I wanted to share a recipe I accidentally stumbled on when mixing up my lunch time meal (Breakfast... Brunch?). Given todays topic, why not? :)

1 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, fresh blueberries and cinnamon (to taste). So good.

Right as usual Autumn! I found teaming up a shake with some raw Almond butter for my last consumables will make my 14-15 hour fast pretty easy. And I do lift. Thanks for all the great content!

Sorry if this has nothing to do w this video (which I loved btw.. great info, thanks) but …can I ask for an educational video on the nutritional values of carob and carob powder? I stumbled on Carob powder during my last grocery shopping and bought it. Went home and tried it in some Greek yogurt by also adding erythritol. It tastes like chocolate mousse. It is so yummy!!!

Soooo- I literally mixed Autumn’s chocolate Protien powder with milk and it was amazing! Literally tastes like great chocolate milk! Great way to get great Protien I to my grandchildren. Is it ok to give a 10 and 12 year old Protien powder?

Hi Autumn! GREAT video! ( I just got my second bag of your protein powder! I can't imagine life without it, soooo I got the subscription, haha!!!) I don't think I am absorbing protein very well. What is your water fasting and taking 1 meal a day that would decrease the protein intake, so could i drink it at morning, lunch, and before bed, i do daily workout but mostly chalistetics in trying to lose weight to set a higher goal
