How to make Z flashing with a metal brake

How to make a simple Z Flash using a metal brake. This flashing is used above windows and other horizontal trim to prevent water intrusion.

Appreciate the video. I was desperately looking for a 3"x3"x3/4" Z flash for wrapping over a double 2x8 ledger board. After watching this, think I'll just buy a 10" wide roll of aluminum coil from Menard's, rent a brake for a day and bend my own!
