This is interesting. It's kind of like a hierarchy: big goal > milestones > habits. I dig it.

Still working on decluttering. This month my focus is digital decluttering. Love your podcasts, blog, TonyaTV, FB group, weekly/monthy emails, and your 360 planner! Thank you for providing all those ways that help me sustain my motivation.

Very inspiring video! I find that my goals are often too lofty, making it hard and daunting to work towards. I like the idea of breaking down goals into something achievable in the next 90 days. My overall goal is to improve my health; so in the next 90 days, I'd like to commit to taking 20-30 mins walks at least 3 days in a week :)

My goal is to have a complete rough draft my proposal for my dissertation by June 25, 2019. I have half a chapter left and it has the most challenging sections. To do this, I am committing to reading and typing 5 times a week for 1 hour.

I just want to be a successful, supportive woman, kind & loving, & giving. I feel like I could help make a difference in the world 🌎...I just don’t know where to start, by being in a small town, with no a lot of options makes it very hard on getting my small & bigger goals achieved! So if any of you have an reccomendations for me that would really help, I’m very tired of trying to figure it out on my own. I think I’m overworking my brain. Lol 😂

Lose 10 pounds . I have put what I lost (way more than this ) back on but I’m trying to be realistic . I’m going to exercise five times a week; right now I probably average four and only allow myself dessert once a week . Right now I’m probably sneaking in some stuff around lunch and a couple times a week at night so I’ve got to work on that as well as make sure I’m getting in five fruits and vegetables. That’s what I’m starting with. I know if I add too many habits at once that I will rebel. I know myself. 🙄
