Three Cops and NO Crime.
The problem is the cops are lying. The question is, are they knowingly lying to the auditor or are they lying to themselves?
There is no crime and they don't get to issue illegal orders outside their authority. She claims they "Asked him to leave." after she realized they were out-classed.
Suspicion is not a concern for the Police unless there is Reasonable Articulable Suspicion of a CRIME. They can investigate from a distance, but they are operating on ego and feelings when they operate outside the Law and the Constitution.
