This is why Qualified Immunity needs to get flushed down the toilet and why society really needs to raise the Common Sense and Educational Level requirements to be a Law Enforcement Officer. Can you imagine how stupid you have to be to raid the wrong apartment because you couldn't read or remember the address you were supposed to go to? I hope she wins her lawsuit against the Seattle PD!

I've noticed a pattern where after realizing they're in the wrong place they continue to detain, question and search for a while longer. It's like they can't get past their conditioning that someone MUST be penalized, even when they're a victim of police incompetence.
