Project Decade, Iteration 1: Brewmaster Monk

Once again, I struggle with coming up with upgrades for tanks that are exciting, yet avoid becoming must-haves or OP. In theory, there's got to be a way, but whatever it is, I don't know it---yet. Hopefully feedback will make me wiser about this.
