How to Engage Community: A Project Showcase

This moderated panel event showcased three public humanities projects and facilitated a discussion about how to do community engaged work as a humanities scholar. Panelists reflected on and considered a range of topics like:

-Building relationships with community partners
-Doing community engaged work with or without funding
-Incorporating the project into one’s pedagogy or research goals
-Accessing UBC resources for community engaged work
