If it is your second+ wipe, you should be playing your scav as little as possible early on. If you alternate scav and pmc raids, as opposed to doing all pmc raids, your pmc will have half as much XP as they could, ie double the time to access the flea and to level traders.
If you're new to the game, scav is a great way to learn, but if you are an intermediate to experienced player, who wants a fast start to wipe, you should play almost exclusively PMC, playing scav only if you literally have nothing or are waiting to queue PMC with your friends.

Make a Woods stash run guide. I use MapGenie, even got the pro and while it's useful, Woods is so expansive and wide that it's incredibly troubling to read.
