I've put braces about 3 years
The when I put the retainer it wasn't that tight tho I wore it regularly.
So my teeth have returned to be untidy, now I'm gonna put braces again

my retainer broke in 8th grade after i got my braces off in 6th grade and now in 11th grade i just had to get invisalign yesterday because of it

There is no reason to chase after perfect teeth if they do not impact your daily life. This is just true and the sooner we realize it, the less we will be spending.

Hi had braces when I was 10 for 7 months with an expander then when I was 12 got phase two braces with an expander and herbust got them off after 18 months. Then 4 months later my permanent retainer broke on the bottom which moved my teeth and bite now I have top and bottom braces again. They didn’t give me a clear removable retainer on the bottom is that normal is it my fault that it broke and I didn’t have a retainer to wear or is it technically my orthodontist fault for not giving my a retainer for the bottom.
