Exactly the content that I'm looking for, thanks! One of the hardest parts of being an electronic producer is knowing what a good kick sounds like both inside a track and by itself. I struggled for several years with that, and I wish I had this type of resource when I started. Many kicks don't sound that impressive by themselves, but sound super phat when placed inside the right drum groove and bass groove. That interplay between kick, bass, and hats would also be a great investigative video.

" U can know if u have a good spliter by inserting a utility on the original, invert phase and sum up the two chains. if the Splitter id good they should cancel" ... Wow man!!! U just helped me to figure out that my splitter wasn't good and i was wondering if it was the case since i never heard the orignal exact sound with it... Now i can easily go back to my mbc chain and adjust the bands ;) ..
