I agree, it annoys me that they only focus on Jew deaths during the Holocaust. Poles, artists, communists and other political opponents, other Nazis that didn't fully conform, homosexuals, people with disabilities, people that wouldn't bend the knee, and many, many others were also murdered.

Limiting it to only Jews really undermines the threat to society as a whole that we face.

I am German. The first thing i thought about when they mentioned the holocaust was literally "and what about the other millions of people that died?!". Of course not because i think Jews dont deserve the recognition of what happened to their people, but because it was so much bigger and affected so many other people. I mean especially in this context, why tf wouldn’t they talk about everything that happened. It's a matter of adding a few words like "as well as 4 - 6 million others such as disabled people, lgbtq, soviets, slavs, ...". Why dont they just... use the extra large numbers

He's BEEN going Hitler mode... We compared him to Hitler in 2016... I wasn't even a leftist back then and like most people I didn't take it seriously.

I changed, but so did he... He got more and more extreme, he started acceping Nazis more and more, he started quoting Hitler and using his rhetoric... And at this point I'm BAFFLED not everyone has seen it and learnt it, and even more baffled most people haven't and still don't take it seriously, on both sides.

Reminds me of when people talked about Kanye speaking positively about Hitler and all his fans denied it until he went on Alex Jones and spelled it out in no uncertain terms.
I get the feeling if Trump does the same thing, he's probably going to gain support and we'll see a massive uprising of open neo naziism like never before in America. We may actually have to fight for our lives should that happen.

Had a leftist teacher in the early 90’s when Trump ran, we went on a deep dive into the reasons fascism is tempting, and directly acknowledged Trump would be waiting for us in his tower.
