I’ve used this wig in my Murphy Jackson play through on Fallout 3. He’s an old black guy that sounds like Colonel Stinkmeaner from the boondocks and has a knack for fixing old junk and recombining said junk into brutally effective makeshift weapons.

I found a Fallout 3 reference in Fallout 4. In one settlement you have to pass a test to get in. Questions are literally the same as on S.P.E.C.I.A.L test in the Vault
