Another interesting glitch in fallout 3 if a vendor has 2 of the same items you buy one and sell it back and buy it back it will be at full condition and you can keep buying it and selling it making tons of caps

for those who were trying but didnt work first you will need to disarm the bomb in the middle of megaton (not to let megaton explode) then the locker will spawn.

I tried doing this on console and I couldn’t move my camera without moving my character’s vision in third person

In other words, the camera didnt separate from my character, unlike how yours completely spins around your character here

Nevermind, I got it working by holding down the “first person-third person” button and spinning the camera around

It is a locker I got it you have to explain it better.. you were right but you have to hold in the camera while it's in 3rd person close range slowly move the camera into the wall while you're still holding the button.. just keep moving slowly until it glitches it after I figured out just holding the camera button while I was moving I got it in like 5 seconds
