Are your employees (staff) really that bad?

Staph is common in young kids as well. Think I got it off my daughter the first time
We never share towels now amongst the family

Terbinafine is what you want for ringworm. Try reducing your carb consumption and alcohol intake if you are prone to getting ringworm. Try using spats under your shorts add use long sleeve tops to reduce the amount of exposed skin. Wash your equipment regularly. Shower as quickly as you can after training. And wear shoes off the mat.

Can I avoid ringworm and staff infections by wearing tights to protect my arms and legs?

I wear long pants and long sleeves in No Gi and prefer to wear a Gi in Gi 😂 - after every class I take an Epsom salt bath (for muscles/joints) and wash all exposed skin with tea tree oil body wash and my hair with head and shoulders shampoo - supposed to kill fungus and bacteria.

Literally right after I saw this video. I did my first no go class. And now I have pimples popping up everywhere for a few weeks now. Especially on my knees. I guess I have to get some antibiotics.

Are there any home remedies?

Can you do a full video about this topic and what to do?

Remember, it might not be staph but herpes. Go to a dermatologist to get it checked, as a regular physician may miss it. The treatment for both are different. And yes you can get herpes from the mats.

Shower directly after training with anti bacterial and anti fungal soaps n u will have significantly less chances of getting it.

for a skin infection, wash twice a day with a rag and hard soap. for tinea corporis use nystatin lotion, lotrimin doesn't work at all.
