The Backrooms is an urban legend and creepy pasta that tells the tale of an endless maze of randomly generated office rooms. It is characterized by the smell of wet carpet, walls with a monochromatic tone of yellow, and buzzing fluorescent lights.

This is honestly the best single player and multiplayer backrooms game you’ll find on the market. Fancy puts much love and support into this game and listens to his fans. And his videos just put the cherry on top of it all

For those who aren't on fancy's discord, here are SOME things that will be included in the next update:

- New Level (teaser image highly resembles level "You cheated!")
- New Level (Level 974, Kitty's Room. Although the level seems to be... slightly dirtier than we last saw...)
- existence of other new levels was also confirmed in passing
- Level "The End" rework/expansion
- At least 4 new endings (wow!)

this is a bigger update than usual, so he will need some extra time to work on it. But it will be worth the wait

I think the thing this game needs most is non-linear progression. Honestly all the levels are usually pretty linear. It would be very nice to have more exits in levels that lead back to ones you've been too before and require items from one level in another level, requiring you find the link to the other level to be able to progress. Almost like a web of levels, Or maybe secret paths that are difficult to find which do the same.

I honestly just really appreciate the fact that Fancy cares about his community and actually changes the game based on feedback, while still adding so much more content to the game continuously. Escape the backrooms is the first game in a while that actually made me have this much fun! So genuinely thank you for all of this, Fancy!

Man... I can't wait for the next update. After replaying the game 20 times i want new stuff but I understand creating a game takes alot of time and especially for an indie developer. Keep making levels I loves this game

Just a quick suggestion for the window monsters. It would be incredible if to tempt the players they would hold up an item like almond water or an energy bar or something.

Especially if it was left on the windowsill and then the monster ducks behind So he’s not incredibly visible.

I feel even once this goes full swing, this is still the top 5/top 10 Backrooms Games of all time even if it is not to a purist's standards. I find it to be fun, liminal and honestly, horrifyingly fun! I give it even in its Early access form an 8.8/10 and I loved it, even unfinished! Kudos to you Fancy, please keep up this project but take time for yourself as well!

Some suggestions for some levels that you might want to add. You probably should focus on adding more levels focusing on the liminal part of the backrooms. No entities but the fear in your mind causes you to be careful and mindful. Just some of these types of levels sprinkled in the middle.
