3 white onions
1 3/4 TBSP prepared rosemary salt
8 oz cold unsalted butter cut into cubes
water to maintain juice in a pot

Had to test run this before I make it for my family on Christmas. Looked too good to pass up! Damn Sonny! You’ve started a chain reaction of thoughts in my head on where I’d use this. I’m thinking with Traeger cooked salmon next or a filet mignon! I’d hit my fridge but I’d hurt myself I’m sure (or my wife would hurt me)
