I appreciate the approach to define this part of court process. So many attorneys include suggestive language in support of plea bargaining, and surround the words “plea agreement”, or other plea related words, with positive words while surrounding the words “…pros and cons of going to trial” with a negative energy around it.

There’s a lot of psychology that goes into these sections of advice for everyday people to view and read.

I would hate for folks to assume that a plea deal is always good.

With all of the plea bargaining in our country, I still wonder how justice is even served, with such high rates of conviction.

Your short video, does well not to use suggestive language one way or the other.
