Where is the Mailings Tab in Microsoft Word? Here is how to add it!

I made a video tutorial showing you step by step how to print address or mailing labels on Avery Mailing Labels in Microsoft Word 2016. However some users weren't able to find the tab called Mailings and so Follow the simple steps and create your own mailing labels today and know where the mailings tab is!

On my Mac, using Firefox, it didn't go exactly how you explained it, but close enough and the tab is now available - yay! However, I've done all the steps, and see the individual labels, but my Upload Labels button is greyed out, and I can't seem to preview the whole 194 names. Any ideas how to fix that?

Under the FILE category It does not have the option key? Unsure why Microsoft left this off the tool bar.
