Dont forget that each skill increases with vents, food, bias etc, engineer gives you 1, 4 kmh instead of 1 or quick aiming gives you 4% instead of 2, 5% or shell velocity increases 14% instead of 10%, just keep it in mind

You forgot to mention that firefighting is not a group perk anymore, it can only be trained on radioman now.

Mentor is S tier if you want to train your crew this first 30 days that we have free skill resets, and right before it ends you can change it to something more important for combat

There is at least one TD where we can use concentration. Strv s1 in siege mode when you are turning left and right it does not turn off the camonet. For me it looks like it is not counting as moving.

Deadeye now works with all shells. HE derp tanks and Arta are going to break even more shit now lol. I can see why the repair kit changes needed to happen with this skill being changed.

If we look at the aiming time of many tanks, its often 2 or more seconds, so i think that when you will get an info of being spotted in about 2 seconds or so, it can actually save your ass sometimes, worth testing out, especially with 30 days trial of free resets

"butt ton of work" i play at SEA and when i saw the crew changes i thought the skill sections will be slowly updated through months because of the amount of varying crew setup and amount of tanks in the game, but tomorrow??? butt ton of work will be an understatement, appreciate the effort of skill and his crew!

About Ammo Tuning, 2% by itself is not much, but the first thing to note is it's not actually 2%, it get's bonuses from multiple places like commander, food, etc. And if you use it with the Armorer skill, the number, I believe, goes up to somewhere between 8-10%. This actually makes it very good for tanks like FV4005, but you are probably thinking about HESH, I actually have AP in mind. The thing about WoT is, 25% rng is insane. FV has 310 AP penetration, one of the highest in the game, but you can roll as low as 232! Which wouldn't penetrate many tanks that you thought the AP made sense, like type 5, or E75 facing you and lower plate at bad angle. With combination of Ammo Tuning and Armorer, 232 becomes something like 260, which may actually penetrate Type 5 and other very armored tanks a lot more reliably.

As a tank collector the change after change after change just means I have to spend more time configuring my tanks than playing them.

Better shell velocity is a good perk for tanks that have heats, heats are usually slow, (you said K-91, you dont need 1900 apcr speed but 1045 for Heat will be nice) for artas i dont know arta has 450 and will have 495 meh... side by side i can imagine platoon going together and always using extra 2, 5% crew bonus and also 2 artas staying next to each other will have this bonus for the whole battle. Concentration, sure if you move you have to wait 3s to activate the perk, but there are a lot of tanks with high alpha that are aiming longer than 3s so surely for BZ or 60TP i think is a good choice

There are a million things to say about these crew skill changes but I want to highlight something EXTREMELY important. DO NOT take Reliable Placement until further testing can be conducted. In typical WG fashion, they are not fully disclosing how the skill works. It claims to improve HE shell absorption, but as we learned recently, there are hidden HE overmatch mechanics that enable HE shells to IGNORE armor absorption and deal guaranteed 50% damage, +/- 25% damage roll. I have a strong suspicion that reliable placement only works on non-overmatch splashes, meaning it is functionally useless, just like Spall Liner.

If you do take the skill to test it, here's how you can tell if you were overmatched or splashed by HE. Initially, HE works off the same 3 caliber rule for overmatch. If the caliber of the shell is >3 times the armor plate thickness, it will overmatch. However, there is a second overmatch check that does not follow standard overmatch rules. HE then runs a penetration check against the armor impacted. As long as your HE shell has >1mm extra pen than the armor impacted, armor mitigation is negated and reduced to zero, irrespective of angle or any other factors. Any HE overmatch deals half the HE alpha damage, +/-25% damage roll. You can test this by checking your hitlog, using the Battle Hits mod, or reviewing the killcam (assuming you die to a HE shell). If the killcam hitlog tells you it was a non-penetration, that the Potential Damage was exactly 50% of the HE shell's alpha, and that you had zero Blocked by Armor, you just experienced a HE overmatch. HE overmatch IGNORES all armor modifiers.

Well 186 tanks in my garage, so if I spend ONLY 15min to reset and choose all crew skills ... thats 46.25 hours WTF WG thats almost 2 days

For Ammo Tuning its basically going to increase your average damage by 1->1.2%, it might be worth it as a later skill. E.g. an E-100 with 750 alpha would deal 759 average damage if you're also running food. (1.2% higher) Or 344 pen vs. 340 pen.

concentration + shell velocity is very very good for sniper schnitzels, i love it on my skorpion and shptk, it made sniping even more brain dead, it just prints more money now, combined with armorer, say byebye to rng making your shells fly away from the target
