Dominic Raab has resigned as deputy prime minister and justice secretary after a report found he displayed 'persistently aggressively conduct'.

The five-month investigation by the lawyer Adam Tolley KC into Raab's behaviour heard evidence from government officials about complaints of bullying in three different departments. Raab told the BBC's political editor, Chris Mason: 'I strongly believe if the threshold for bullying is so lowered … then ultimately it will be the public that pay the price.'

Look I was nicked for shoplifting, the threshold for petty theft is set too low. I don’t believe I stole anything.

No Raab, the only threshold that is set low is that of being in the tory cabinet.

Wow. Ask a bully? He says change the rules so I can do more bullying? And quietly gaslights his victims. He's an absolute joy.

The man who refused to engage with the evacuation of Afghanistan because he didn't like the way a document was formatted… *just* the person to give lectures about inferior work

Man accused of bullying thinks line where bullying begins too high. In other news, the sky is still blue.

The threshold for bullying isn't too low, it's just that the standards of being a decent person are too high for the Tories.

There is no "threshold" with bullying, only a bully would make such an outragous statement!! Bullying is bullying, regardless of what it is

The threshold is not too low, the problem is people like Raab, Gullis and BoJo’s Toff Parade have turned our politics into a zero sum elite bloodsport.

The pulsating rage vein on his head has spoken, "we did no wrong, we are the victims, we will regroup and come back when Boris returns "

All the examples he gives are things that can be done without bullying. It’s now so much what you do as HOW you do it Mr Raab.

Raab using his softly spoken voice that nobody has ever heard before, I was waiting for him to shed a tear or two.
