To be honest, Mafia DE could also feature a story DLC, where we play as Paulie. There were a lot of months, where Paulie went on job alone without Tommy or Sam, that would also bring more depth to his character, Salieri and other characters we didnt meet as Tommy.

They went above and beyond for Mafia Definitive Edition they didn't have to but they did and it was amazing I do wish we could've had a court scene with Tommy giving his testimony against Don Salieri

That "testimony" is what Thommy told Norman during Intermezzos or during some other cutscenes in the original (2002) Mafia game.

They they should have added a Comission meeting (after Morello's death) in the remake. Showing a young a Sal Marcano, a young Carlo Falcone, a less old Don Vince, showing dons from the west coast and Florida.

I really wished they continue developing some more content for this game. The assets and graphics of this game is so well done it'd be shame to not reuse it for another few years

Loved this game, however I would’ve like to have seen more context.

Tommy and Sarah getting married. Paulie crying, Sam comforting him, Luigi being a proud father, Ralphie with his mother, a wholesome time.

Sarah in the hospital after giving birth, the whole family there supporting and congratulating them, Paulie still crying happy tears.

The hierarchy of the Mafia families, perhaps a meeting after the Salieri and Morello war with young Clemente, Vinci, Marcano, and Falcone.

Free roam side activities relating to the mafia/crime would be great as well.

Street races organized by Mikey Dunne, more complex car thefts with Lucas, dealing with Morello’s crew or even Chinatown gangs/street punks in free mode, boxing in Sam’s club, betting at the track, etc.

MDE is a great experience and the narrative kept me hooked throughout, I just wish it was more through with its story and had more content to offer between huge story beats.

Mafia: DE is a great game indeed, but it could be even better. for example, the free ride mode could be so much improved; other side missions than just Herbert ones, actual gang members who are present in their hideouts which we could see in story mode, money making system, shops or other places to visit/enter and many, many more.

I would love maybe a dlc for mafia definitive edition for all of tommy, sam and paulies side work described within Tommy's testimony maybe even that'd have the chance to add more content to the woefully disappointing freeride.

Forget Salieri, I woulda like to see how he was able to testify against his own father in law & furthermore how Sarah still wanted to stay with him after that. That's what I was more interested in. The only way I could see it is that Luigi, the father eventually copped a plea too or he died.

Some parts of Tommys testimony from the M2 Loading Screens are actually being said by Tommy in M1. Therefore i would say, all what we experience in the games is basically Tommys testimony. He sits down with Detective Norman and tells his Story from the beginning until the present point. So i would say everything we see and play is Tommys testimony. But yes, indeed it would have been nice to see Tommy in the actual courtroom.

Now that I think of it they were huuge missed opportunities. It would’ve been crazy seeing the look on Don Salieri’s face as Tommy just brings everything down, could’ve been really emotional and chilling

I kinda feel like Mafia 1 was overall better than Mafia 2 I really loved the storyline and Tommy had character development unlike Vito who remained same throughout the story
