This was an interesting video. I can see how these dynamics work in bay sailing. I wonder how flat/wide design provides comfort in 5-8ft seas with short periods.

Title should have been "Modern hull shapes with CHINES explained". This was only about chines....I'm not sure how a hull chine increased interior space. The wider hull with or without chines determines interior space.
