I started my journey 2 1/2yrs ago watching Tyese. Now I can say that I'm not anxious anymore. I feel calm and in peace within mysef. I followed the advice in her videos. Learned to know who I am and reparent myself. Thank you 🎉

Watching this helped me see that I am actually healing!!! It took me getting fed up with people taking advantage of my emotions for me to shift my actions by creating positive boundaries. You’re also helping the other person when you create positive boundaries.🙏🏽

Having the "healthy ability to be vulnerable but also rely on oneself and not personalised if one thing isn't perfect in the dynamic"

I started working on myself recently and I only realised that I have an AP attachment style. I've been having difficulty navigating my present relationship and I really needed to hear this today. Thank you Thais.

I came into this thinking I'd need to go away and change loads of things, but a lot of it was what I'm already thinking about and working on. It feels really great to know that I'm on my way already, thanks!

I learned to love time with myself a long time ago, but then i met a DA i really like and I'm experiencing very strong limerence & their attachment style is triggering all these really intense and unpleasant feelings i haven't felt in a long time.. I'm absolutely desperate to make things work .. 🙈 I actually love that early limerence feeling but the interaction has made her run for the hills.. oh no.. 💔

Thank you so much for this video, I think as someone with an anxious attachment style who's become so comfortable being alone I feel this fear that I'll lose myself if I get into a relationship. I'm not sure if it's just a fear or if it's something I still haven't healed but I'm not sure how to tackle this issue.

I am good with these while single but when I get into a romantic situation, thoughts take over and I still lose myself or put too much energy in. I have gotten way way better, but maintaining consistency is difficult

Thank you for putting up visual numbers before each step. I took notes, and the numbers helped me keep track. Also, I appreciate these tips. It validates some changes I want to make in my life so that I CAN heal.

Wow this video makes me realize that I'm a lot further along than I thought I was...I am getting good at 1-6...Still struggling a little with 8-9. Though I now will (usually) communicate my needs, it just still FEELS scary!

I don't think watching and learning from videos its enough. I had to go 7 years to Coda to get my codependence under control. And i sometimes still have relapses and have to start again. Especially the boundaries one and not take the blame or poor treatment personal its just too much to handle without support. I daily need to self-regulate myself with Emdr, EFT tapping, subliminals, sports, journaling. Especially staying atunned with my feelings. I escape and have bad habits which distract me from the reality.
