Now that I’m permanently working from home, I have been able to set up a consistent exercise schedule. Before, I was living in Los Angeles and didn’t have time with my commute to fit it in. Since I am no longer tied to having to be in a physical office, I was also able to move to a better location where I have access to nature and walking trails, and where I both breathe and sleep better. Overall, it has been very positive for my mental and physical health.

The best one so far to be honest. It was during the quarantine that u finally too my health and fitness very seriously and went deep into nutrition. My goal for 2021 is to really tone up and sculp my body 🤗

I learned to declutter my life. I cut out unnecessary activities that were not adding value to my life. Sometimes these are things we were made to feel was necessary, like going to a physical office but at least now the bosses agree it is not necessary to do the job.

gained a bit of tire around the middle, cooked a lot of healthy and yummy food.Felt some isolation but stayed balanced emtionally and physically with exercise and fresh air

I been wanting to do some fitness for some time. I walk 2 miles 5-6 times a day but beed strength training. Ronan is amazing

0:05 It was possitive, One once I start to take care of My Nutrition, exercise and Sleep :). The majority of this things I've learned from Mindvalley. Obviously, I put that advices and strategies in practice and see If what works with me. Thanks Ronan's Team and my Mindvalley :').

And... I've been able to take care of My habits because I have more time.

Well Ronan my physical condition were super bad last year I fell sick had to take meds that I never took in life nor I wanted not want to
But one think I loved about that physical breakdown is it just made me realize my potential my actually strength and it transformed my mind a lot it's not the best but it changed me and yaa it couldn't make me more active I am still lazy 😅😅
