Our tax payers are very less not only due to poverty but also due to the fact that most of small business owners who earn good amount of money doesn't give tax for it
They escape from the tax system using various tricks
like a businessman earning 7 lpa can show it as 4 lpa earned by him and 3 lpa earned by his wife to escape from taxation.

Very true and honest analysis is given by Prashant sir on budget, there is hardly any thing for the 42% unemployed youth of country, there is tax relief on new income tax regime which only around 20% tax payers subscribe, 80% stay with the old tax regime in which there is nothing for anyone, no new vacancies are added in any public sector department and enterprise.
