it's obvious what she's doing. she should be taken off the case, impeached, removed and prosecuted.

The real nightmare scenario would be that Cannon decides to withdraw the flawed jury instructions now as requested by Smith, it goes to trial, double jeapordy attaches and then at that point, Cannon changes her mind on the law and directs an acquittal based on Trump's legal theory of the presidential records act. Given her erratic, biased and unlawful behaviour in the case so far this seems a genuine possibility. This is why I'm extremely surprised Smith has even given Cannon a chance to withdraw the jury instructions rather than simply applying for her immediate recusal (and appealing her inevitable refusal).

Judge Cannon is not impartial and has not been so she was appointed by Trump. All judges should be term limited, particularly the Supreme Court.
