I stopped shopping at Walmart years ago because of their business practices, and they do not treat their employees right at all. They have crushed the small business person to. I would rather pay a few dollars more, see friendly faces, receive neighborly help, and not be treated as a criminal with cameras all over the place. I would love to buy American made products that last, or are meant to be repaired instead of being wasteful throwing the item away and just buying something new that is made by slaves in horrific conditions not located in my country. Americans should have a chance to work with decent wages.

We really need to stop the practice of buying gift cards. The industry make billions from people not using them because they forget about them, they expire, or leave a few cents to a few dollars unspent.

People need to stop buying into the marketing. No one wants a gift card over cash, just give them cash.

I had been told years ago that people steal gift cards from Walmart and other stores and they told me not to grab the front card, choose from the back areas on the card holders in the stores. $150 is a lot of money. I think Walmarts need to keep those cards under lock and key like they do with the makeup and batteries and other items that are locked up. Thank you so much for doing this video and warning others. God Bless you and I hope that it gets straightened out for you soon. I am going through a mail thief problem at my house since 16 April of this year. I had to file a Domestic Claim and it is taken months and months to even see if they have received my claim form for the second time. See it happens everywhere. Last week I bought a Visa gift card from Lowe's and when I went to use it it was declined. I called the number on the back of the card and received an automated message saying the card had never been activated. After two days of calling, the card company's customer service department was still unavailable, so I went back to Lowe's. I showed them the card and the receipt from when I had purchased it. I was told that they never refund gift cards, even if you have proof that the funds didn't load. It's so frustrating. Anyway, thank you for getting the info out there so other people can avoid situations like this!

I’m a disabled single father. I used to put back $100 for gasoline a month. I’d get it on a WM gift card. A stopped doing this, thankfully!!!

Our local Dollar General refused to sell me an Amazon gift card for the same reason. The manager said this was happening frequently at Dollar Stores, as well. He will not sell any gift cards at this time. Kudos to our local manager for protecting the customer!

Haven't been to an actual Walmart since March 2020. Haven't done 1 pennies worth of business with Walmart since April 2020 (Online). I can live without Walmart. IT FEELS GREAT!

You need to get your story out through the biggest news channel in your area. Walmart doesn't want this information out there because they'll lose business. Fight for what's right. 💛
