Discussing my reference process: Time-lapse painting Green Goblin in Oils for Marvel Masterpieces

I've had some recent comments asking about what my reference process is. Big thanks to model Pat King for giving the greenlight to share images from our photo shoot which were used in creating this image for Marvel Masterpieces 2020. In addition to the time-lapse of the painting process, I talk about my thoughts on reference images, how and why I use them, and bringing photography concepts into my illustrations.
