If you're healthy, eating 7 eggs per week is a good way to become unhealthy over time. I'm surprised to see how positive the Mayo Clinic is on Eggs. Even quoting egg industry funded studies with questionable methodologies and abstracts with misrepresented findings in several articles. I guess the Mayo Clinic isn't immune from industry pressure.
