1. Antiperspirant
I have a condition called Hyperhidrosis which is marked by excessive perspiration. Over the years, I have tried numerous products to try to minimize perspiration across my body. I used a clinical strength antiperspirant for many years but because my perspiration was so persistent, all I would end up with was unpleasant sludge under my arms after usually a few hours.

2. 2in1 Shampoo and Conditioner
This combination or 2in1 product is essentially making each of their components -- the shampoo and conditioner -- less effective. I have used 2in1 products for years but since I switched to using separate shampoo and conditioner, I have noticed that my hair feels noticeable healthier.

3. Gray Suit I am wearing in today's video
This suit is far from properly fitting on me. The jacket is much too big and the torso for one thing so it looks like I am practically swimming in fabric.

4. Trouser I am wearing in today's video
The trouser legs are also too wide for my build but because the fabric is light, there isn't any attractive drape to them, just ugly wrinkling.

5. My overly shiny satin silk or synthetic ties
They are blindingly shiny finished and often bright loud colors make them look like cheap low-quality ties almost immediately.

6. Low-quality shoes
In today's fast-fashion society, shoes should be purchased for a reasonable price worn until the material is worn out, thrown away and replaced but if you're willing to spend a bit more, you're going to be able to find shoes that are made of higher quality materials and with better construction.

I like these types of videos. Makes you guys, Preston and Raphael, much more human. They weren't born with knowledge of style like none of us. It is just something we like and a passion in our lives.

Hello, Preston. A dermatologist on YouTube said the time to put on antiperspirant is at night to give it time to seep into the glands. Putting it on in the morning can cause it to be prematurely wiped off before it has a chance to work. I hope this helps.

Someone taught me years ago, quality remains long after the price is forgotten

Should have done an April fools video where you talk about how to style baggy sweatpants and oversized hoodie

Your teenage attempts at style were still wins. The fact that you even wanted to be put together is wonderful and the garments weren't fails either! 🤗🤗🤗

Dear Preston, concerning the shirts I would like to advise you not to get rid of all the oversized ones (if you plan to do so). We have to bear in mind that most men get a bit more sturdy in the second half of their 20s or at the beginning of their 30s. Sometimes you can estimate the changes of your body when you look at the development of older family members that have your bodytype. So if you want to save your investment, single out those shirts which might fit later and store them away savely. In my early 20s, I bought a lot of extra slim fit shirts which I had to replace sucessively after becoming 25. Fortunately I was able to sell the smaler ones at a resonable price. On the one hand, that gave me the oportunity to optimize fit and style, on the other hand it was a big investment.

I love Preston! He is the absolute best. Eloquent words like Leonard Cohen, styles near as sharp as Django Reinhardt. A timeless look with an old soul mindfulness. Preston is a class act.

This was a great video. I really appreciate Preston being so honest about his sartorial journey. It takes a lot of courage to be so honest regarding his missteps and to share them with the world. Great job, keep up the good work.

In high school I don’t think I had a single garment that fit correctly. I was in my thirties by the time I realized everything I owned was too big.

Hey Preston, why don't you have your shirts tailored? It would be pretty easy to do. Also, if you learn how to do it yourself, you'll see it's easy and not so long to do, and cheap.

I'm not sure why people haven't figured out that there are things you just don't buy online. Clothes being chief among them. I mean, at least if you're wanting a good fit, etc.
