Pasta with delicious sauce

Materials
Pasta package (you can use any pasta you like)
medium onion
two cloves of garlic
A full spoon of tomato paste
cream box
Half a cup of macaroni water
salt
black pepper
hot pepper
spices
cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

We cook the pasta in a deep saucepan, drain it and separate a little water from it.
Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces and fry in a little oil, then add tomato paste to the roasted onions and mix. Add the cream to it and boil it, add the spices, salt and add a little pasta water. We add cheddar cheese (I didn't have cheddar, I didn't) and mix and close the bottom. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
