Hi. I'm a little confused. I assume you season your enameled cast iron pans? If you do, does this remove the seasoning, not the enamel? Thanks

Oh wow, that is so easy!  Who knew baking soda and boiling will do the job.  Definitely that is for enameled cast iron like the one shown in the video.  I don't think it will work in those pre-seasoned pots.
