ADHD is a terrible curse. If you know someone who has it just try to be as nice as you can be with them, they are already in a world of pain.

Not sure how Working-memory impairment can be separated from ADHD. If you’re constantly distracted and incapable of fixing your focus, shouldn’t this automatically effect working-memory?

If you have ADHD go on a keto (high fat diet) which "help" to manage the over excited brain (due to being under active in other respects).
