ok. i have one of these. let me tell you, everything not under the pckguard is easily $1500 guitar range stuff. it is really that good. everything under the pckguard?? yea, not so good. if you get this? get a preloaded pickguard off of reverb or from fender.

so.. thanks for the info. is the pickguard the same as a strat? is it shielded? and what kind of pickups and pots? if you have peeked under the pick guard?

What part of Texas are you in? I have a brand new Fender noiseless pickguard HSS I'll swap for that one if you're interested.

...and no!!!! noiseless pickups are not an upgrade. no professional plays with those. john mayer does not use those and he could get any pickups he wanted. just sayin. i got a fender american performer loaded pickguard for mine for $115. makes this an amazing guitar at any price point. noiseless? omg no. they lose everything that is awesome to become noiseless. traded their soul to be noiseless. don't believe me? check my math on youtube. you will see
