Played for 27 years. I'm not as old as u would think. Taught professionally at the age of 17 thru 22, practiced for 10 hours a day most days and I promise you, that is not natural wear and tear. This guy is living a fantasy and a lie. Be yourself it's the best look.

I've been playing guitar for 45+ years and never once has my pick touched the body while playing. My first real guitar was a Tokai TST 62 from the 80's and has lots of dents and bangs. Not one of them turned into a pothole. She's still in really good shape, only needed a refret.

Literally nobody believes him. Because we all went through a phase where we wish our guitar looked all beat up like Stevie's, but we were unaware of poly vs nitro finishes.

I tried to refinish a poly guitar when I was young and stupid. I literally had to use a die grinder with a Roloc disk to get it off. It’s basically liquid coffee plastic when it’s applied to the wood.
