Mass Effect 3 Dream Sequence 2

This is Shepard's second dream sequence in Mass Effect 3. This will take place after you have curied the Genophage or accepted the Sabotage of the cure on the Prioruty: Tuchanka mission.

Going by the indoctrination theory, these dream sequences are using Shepard's guilt over the people who have died from his actions to gain more and more leverage over his conscious mind. Every time a dream sequence occurs, there are more shadowy figures and more whispers from or about dead people. The buzz when you get close to the boy could be a reaper's call or just the soundtrack, it's hard to tell.
