Admiral: Hell of a thing you just pulled off, Commander. Curing the Genna Phase. I never thought I'd see the day.

Sheppard: Reeve has agreed to help the Turians, Admiral. We should get their full support.

Admiral: And the Solarians? How did you manage to get them on board?

Sheppard: Careful diplomacy.

Admiral: Uh huh. I don't think I want to know what that means. Doesn't matter. You're starting to put together a real alliance out there. Good work, Commander. Packet out.

Man 1: Commander, Erdnot Reeve has begun sending troops to Palivan. You kept your end of the bargain and now I'll keep mine. The Turian hierarchy will stand with humanity against the Reapers.

Sheppard: We're going to need you. Don't forget where we live.

Man 1: Never. It's clear we all fight together or die. To that end several dry dock ships are ready to help build the Crucible. Garas will coordinate them.

Garas: Yes, sir.

Man 1: And when the time comes to deploy it, the full measure of our fleet will be there for Earth. May the spirits watch over us all.

Garas: I'll start managing Turian support right away, Sheppard. You must be exhausted. Mordan dying -- it can't be easy.

Sheppard: I'll sleep when I'm dead.

Garas: We both know you need a clear head to win a war. There's no room for mistakes here. You should catch some shut-eye. I'll make sure Joker doesn't launch any suicide missions.

Sheppard: Anything happens, you let me know.

Woman 1: Sheppard. [inaudible 00:02:41] Sheppard.

Man 2: Sheppard

Sheppard: It's open.

Woman 2: Sheppard, there's something you need to hear.

Sheppard: All right.

Woman 2: Is this a bad time?

Sheppard: It's fine. Tell me what's going on.

Woman 2: The Solarian counselor has an urgent matter.

Sheppard: Let me guess. She called the Comm room.

Woman 2: The Council must be taking the Crucible seriously. I'll see you downstairs.

Counselor: Commander, I understand the people of Palivan have a new hero.

Sheppard: More like a couple million heroes, Counselor. I just got them motivated.

Counselor: Yes. I've spoken to Donatross Linron. She says you displayed remarkable foresight. It is thus with a little hesitation that I bring you the bad news regarding humanity's counselor, Donald Ludina. He's been using his authority to move money, lots of it, and not to support the alliance.

Sheppard: Call Seesec if you need this investigated.
