I came here for one reason only because i was concerned that if i hit the milestone and applyed and everything if i eventually no longer met the requirements after I applied if i could pretty much get my monetization revoked... Now i know thankfully the answer is no. Tysm

I was under the impression that all videos made prior to the approval into YouTube partner program - YouTube got to keep those forever without monetization. I’m now realizing that perhaps this isn’t the case, and all the videos made prior to getting approved can then get income after the point we are approved. This makes me happy because we will have 20 videos that took us many months of work and planning and preparation - and we were so bummed thinking we’d never make a cent on them. This is fantastic news that we can still turn on monetizing for them. Is this right? They aren’t “lost to the tubes” forever no income?
