My PC was hanging a lot whenever I was opening any browser and running any site, my HDD and Ram consumption was showing 100% in Task manager, I uninstalled Chrome, restarted PC and reinstalled chrome and applied ur procedure step by step as mentioned in video and then again restarted PC, now my PC is running smoothly plus there is a very nice experience in browsing now, thanks a ton Sirjee!

When Google Chrome won't launch it is running elsewhere on your computer. Bring up Task Manager by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL at once . Select Task Manager You'll see the list of Programs running . STOP any processes that say CHROME. I had to stop 2 Google Chrome tasks . After stopping the activity Google Chrome launches normally..
