Reviews of high quality workwear, boots, and clothing for men to help you own better and own less. I've been working with my hands for my entire life as a mechanic, tow truck driver, and eventually a licensed electrician. Being a blue collar guy, I look for certain elements in a product: is it durable? Is it high-quality? Will it perform well over its service life? Whether boots, pants, jackets, or tools I believe it's best to buy once and cry once by getting the best you can afford. With so many options these days, choosing the best product can become a difficult decision, but that's where I come in. Helping you stay stylish, rugged, and handsome.
I don't care where it's made as long as it's made well and allows you to own less and own better.

Thanks Carl! There are so many bibs/coveralls made by carhartt that in the end it's hard to find your way around and understand what the difference is between each one. Your video shows very clearly the advantages of each and for which situation they are at their best. Super useful video!

That additional button hole is a blessing for me, I use a brass carabiner on there and clip my truck keys to it . Never lose them that way

Thank you for your time and hard work to bring us workers the most important things in our work wear. It's always a relief to gain this knowledge from your videos.

The Superdux are sweet. Work for plenty of freezing cold, negative temp long nights on the railroad. Super durable and they have nice pocket organization. Thanks for covering all of them! Really well detailed Carl

Carhartt made some of the most comfortable winter FR gear. I'm retired and still wear mine.

Thanks for your videos. After destroying 2 bdu pants trying to garden, trench and move rocks I realized I didn't have the right clothes. Got my first overalls after going down your channels rabbit hole. A big fan. Carhart won me over with the features and the quality of their jeans, which were half the price of everything else but much more reinforced

Another awesome video good Sir! BTW, I think the "Garage" sign being lit looks awesome. It's the perfect touch.

I have the insulated biberalls and they are the wind proof! Working in February Wyoming was only possible because of them. The wider top really adds to the warmth, and with the big side and front zips, you can use them like a heavy coat, and take them off when going inside or in the truck. They are in the bulky side, but that helps trap more warm air 🤘

Carhartt makes great quality stuff regardless of when. I had one of those Iconic Carhartt duck jackets all the way through my teenage years only to get lost during a move in my 20s. I replac3d it with a Carhartt Olive full swing jacket that I've worn hunting, fishing, hiking, manual labor, and just to keep warm for the past 10 years. If it stands up to the interior Alaska weather and active use over the past decade and still look relatively mint condition says a lot for the quality of their products. I'd recommend carhartt over any other brand for outdoor and work wear.

Great video as always, wow I bought a brand new pair o the black canvas with the 2 zippered chest pockets for $5 at a garage sale, the lady said that her husband didn’t like those, and he was going to buy a different pair, I lucked out.

Aside from just using mine for clearing brush and other yardwork, in the fall winter and early spring here in Newington, I really love using my Carhartt flex overall for hiking with the dogs and carrying stuff on me without dragging my pants or shorts.

Those Storm Defender bibs would be great for skiing or snowboarding or if you worked in the ski business. Perfect for a Liftie or a snowmaker or patroller or instructor..!!

I commute daily on a motorcycle. The yukon extremes are a godsend. They've replaced all of my winter overpants
