If I wanted Liberty brand overalls I buy them. What has possessed Carhartt copy Liberty overalls. Guess I'll have to go back to my standbys key, roundhouse and Dickies. Although Dickies has got a new Liberty style bib but I don't care for either. But you still can get their classic bib

Been wearing Carhartt bibs for 25+ years. Love the new zippered chest pocket and cuff reinforcement, but the super shallow front pockets are a big fail. Don't expect to not lose your keys, coins or other items if you're crawling or working on your back. Also the fit is now atrocious – too long in the torso for my leg length, even with the straps tightened all the way. Never had this issue before. Sent them back and trying other brands.

Guess I'll never buy another pair of Carhartt bib overalls. Really don't like the zippered big pocket. Of course Carhartt is farming out a lot of their production overseas now.

Can anybody point me in the right directions I have wore Carhartts for 35 years I wear 34/34. where can I get some .everywhere I go is small medium large extra large sew on they do not fit why do they always have to change things when they're good The Way They Were

I don't like the new bibs, I got about twenty pairs of the older style bibs still got the price tags on them, I learned if you like a certain Carhartt buy a bunch of them, I have about thirty all different kinds of coats but none of mine has elastic around the waist I hate those, But I have to sayi got a huge collection of Carhartt it's the only thing I'll wear, If it's not Carhartt I'm not wearing it.

The elastic waist thing is kinda weird. They didn't stop making r01s or r37s though. That's what you want... Edit: they DID stop making r01s! R01s built the carhartt brand and we're by far their best product still. Did they really think this weird elastic maternity waist thing was better than a r01?? And everytime they "improve" the pocket designs, they're worse. I gave up and ordered duluth.

These new bibs Suck! The classic ro1 were perfection! I’ve bought and wore out over 30 pair and I’m now forced to buy this new style, what a piss off from what used to be a rock solid company!

What the hell... I just bought a new pair and paid 99 bucks and you guys have this from a year ago with greatly reduced cost... Carhartt make some pretty good stuff but it ain't worth the price. Especially if you actually use it for work!!!

The elastic waist is an instant no-buy for me. Not interested in adding a failure point for no reason.

Pockets pockets are too shallow and not well thought out, with the exception of the two ass cheek pockets. Weld in mine 12-15 hr shifts, varied temps. Make due. PLEASE bring back the Shot Gun style bibs - limited run? Loved them as a welder and a lot more pockets and space.
