BEST OF THE BEST:

Reviews of high quality workwear, boots, and clothing for men to help you own better and own less. I've been working with my hands for my entire life as a mechanic, tow truck driver, and eventually a licensed electrician. Being a blue collar guy, I look for certain elements in a product: is it durable? Is it high-quality? Will it perform well over its service life? Whether boots, pants, jackets, or tools I believe it's best to buy once and cry once by getting the best you can afford. With so many options these days, choosing the best product can become a difficult decision, but that's where I come in. Helping you stay stylish, rugged, and handsome.
I don't care where it's made as long as it's made well and allows you to own less and own better.

I appreciate the Carhartt reviews. There are so many styles of everthing, like 10 types of pants, and they're so expensive that I don't want to risk getting the wrong ones! I've been wearing 5.11 tactical for a while, but I think it's time for an upgrade.

If I’m not mistaken in the video he also says these are relaxed fit. But they are indeed loose fit. That’s the only problem I have with them.

Will never be able to tell the difference in the insulation (if there is any - other than the 3M name and inflated price).Especially when you shove your shitty barn boots in and thru to the knee zip area and smear it, snow, mud, and water from the waist to the knee... but hey ur clean/dry from the knee down in 3M insulation! WTF was Carhartt thinking putting a knee length zipper in an insulated bib? SMH

Yeah they’re alright I suppose. I went to my local carhartt outlet over the weekend. I tried these and the level three biberalls the ones with the full chest zipper and insulation up the back and chest. I liked them better than the ones in the video but the pockets on the front are useless. The zippered opening on the chest pockets are way to small. These you have here in the video are ok, and I’d probably bought them but the leg zippers are just to short. Sure I could have gotten over it but the thigh zipper is so much better. I tried both models on in the store putting them on and off 2-3 times each. Hated leg zippers on one and loved on the other. Hated the chest pockets or lack of on one and loved the chest pockets on the other. Wish they’d had the basic “standard model” and I may have got those instead. I have order a pair of the Berne Heritage bibs. They seems to check all the boxes. Much better pockets throughout the bibs and the zipper come up above the knee and the insulation covers the upper torso. Hopefully they fit well and I like them. If I were to get carhartts I’d just get the model below the ones you have here for the longer leg zippers. Carhartt could easily have the best bib if they’d just add a couple things to them or address some shortcoming I have found in them. If these Berne for some reason don’t suite me I’ll pick up the base model carhartt ones.

Are you going to make a video for every common hard worker person instead of like i'm seen younger kids dressing up like us worker guys however spending like one $700 on a stupid jacket & jeans.😊
