1. When setting up ad structures for certain accounts, you mentioned that some configurations, like using 3 ad sets, may perform better than others. If I see good results with 3 ad sets at a specific budget, does that indicate this structure is more effective for my account compared to using 6 ad sets or another structure or does it change based on other factors?

2. How many times should you relaunch a campaign to give it a fair chance, especially if it initially optimizes poorly? I've relaunched the same campaign twice and got completely different results each time compared to the first run.

3. I've watched all of your year case studies, Is there a process for scaling amount spent month by month? For example, if you're seeing great results one month, how much should you scale—should you double the spent? On the other hand, if the performance is poor, should you maintain the current budget? Also, how do you approach different events like Black Friday, where scaling might be more aggressive, like tripling the spent?

4. What is the best strategy for scaling Black Friday campaigns? Should you also scale your evergreen campaigns during this period? How much should you increase the budget? Also, you've mentioned scaling down on weekends, why is that?

i am in the same situation, i have 2 ad sets (main + duplicated main) and they behaved the way like you show in the video. Do you recommend me to turn off duplicated main and just scale budget on main ad set?

Hi kostantinos, i followed your advice and i created a CBO with 4 interests at 50 euros per day. After 5 days, they are all profitable, and one interest has a constant ROAS of 5. Do you think I should duplicate the interest into a 5 adset new CBO at 100 euros, or should I run a stacked lookalike campaign first? Unfortunately, I mistakenly included only one video, but I have many different creatives that I can test.thanks

I launched a campaign with 2 adset in it last week and I didn't knew about an automated rule that was turned on
That was a overlapping and audience fragmentation rule

It turned on at 4 day of my campaign but I deleted it at 1:30 AM, So it didn't do much damage as next day they were giving good result

But 2 days ago my adset was giving 14 ROAS, After that it turned on again because they were turned on inside "See Automatic Adjustment"

Due to this my ROAS dropped to 2.8 and today also it is 3 ROAS

Should I launch these ads again with new campaign or Should I downscale this campaign and wait for it to optimize?

What’s the reason that’s causing this? Creatives that are not too appealing, competition, small audience size?

What do you think would happen if you opened a second ad account and replicated the same campaigns/creatives/angles? Could it help break the loop and increase daily conversions?

I have same situation. I scale from 4, 5 road to 2, 8 by double budget. But I made stupid decision to scale down by close all campaign and make new one in first day of this month and it didn't work good :/

I don’t understand the video. So you consolidated all the ad creatives into one campaign or crazy method with the same creatives? All the ad creatives into one campaign is the Nick method, I use before in last year for target ROAS 2. Now I use others to improve target ROAS 2.5.
