i just watched the movie for the first time last night and honestly, this scene sent chills up my spine, its sad how unfazed they are because they've seen it so many times, when in retrospect what is happening is chilling

The most beautifully eerie/ominous scene in a film I’ve seen for some time 🥹🥺

As well as the (probably to just myself..) visually striking, is how she requires her “children” to STILL uhm..gear up, on the off chance she happens to eff up big time 😟 In the moment of timing the pause-before-the-reset, I could imagine her heart rate and blood pressure would be sky high. Literally always gives me second hand anxiety watching this part; but I love it too much.

Glad that they're not gas masked zombies from how they're wearing gas masks. They look beautifully good on Emma, Olive, Fiona, Bronwyn, and Miss Peregrines.
